Clicks
"Clicks" are the unit of measurement used when turning the pen dial. Each click represents a small, consistent amount of medication.
Pen Capacity
Standard pens contain 300 clicks (3 mL total volume)
Some medications use 200 clicks (2 mL)
Some medications use 100 clicks (1 mL)
Refer to your specific product for exact volume.
Always attach a new disposable pen tip before each use
After use, remove the pen tip immediately
Dispose of used pen tips according to local sharps disposal guidelines
Replace the pen cap after each use
Store the pen properly after use
Never reuse a disposable pen tip.
Before your first use, the pen must be primed. Priming ensures that:
Air is removed from the system
Medication flows properly
Dosing accuracy is maintained
Steps to Prime
Remove the pen cap
Attach a new disposable pen tip by screwing it onto the pen
Remove the protective cover from the pen tip
Hold the pen upright, with the tip pointing upward
Turn the dial forward 3 clicks
Press the injection button fully to release
Check for a small amount of fluid at the tip. If no fluid appears, repeat the same process until fluid is visible. Once fluid appears, the pen is primed.
Priming is only required once before initial use.
All peptide pens and cartridges must be stored in a refrigerated environment.
Keep refrigerated at all times
Avoid heat exposure
Do not freeze
Refrigeration is critical to maintain product integrity, preserve potency, and extend product usability.
Only puncture or engage the cartridge that you are actively using.
Do Not:
Pre-puncture multiple cartridges
Expose unused cartridges unnecessarily
Unused cartridges should remain sealed and refrigerated until needed. This helps:
Maintain sterility
Preserve product stability
Ensure proper dosing performance
Use only compatible pen tips provided or recommended
Do not share pens or pen tips
Follow all provider instructions for dosing and frequency
Always store after use in a clean, controlled environment
